On January 17, 2023, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta granted an order to discharge the Trustee for the Estate of Mustang Well Services Ltd, a bankrupt.

On May 8, 2019, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy over Mustang Well Services Ltd. following the Company's assignment into Bankruptcy by the Receiver.

On September 5, 2018, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta granted several order which, among other things, approved the sale of certain of the Debtors assets (Sale Approval and Vesting Order), approved of the Receiver entering into an auction agreement and grated a Sealing Order in respect of the in respect of Confidential Appendix B-C of the First Report.

On August 28, 2018, the Receiver filed its First Report and Notice of Application in connection with an application scheduled to be heard September 5, 2018. The Receiver will be seeking the following relief at the application (i) an Approval and Vesting Order in respect of the sale of certain of the Debtors' assets (ii) approval for the Receiver to enter into an auction agreement and (iii) a Sealing Order in respect of Confidential Appendix B-C of the First Report.

On May 17, 2018, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of Mustang Well Services Ltd., KKSR Enterprises Ltd., Complete Oilfield Manufacturing Inc., Reaction Oilfield Supply (2012) Ltd. and MRBD Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") pursuant to an Order made by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
