Statement of Known Claim: Important Deadlines
This Statement of Known Claim does not affect any Claim other than the Known Claim referred to herein. If you disagree with the assessment of your Known Claim set out in this Statement of Known Claim, you must return to the Monitor a completed Notice of Dispute asserting a Claim in a different amount, supported by appropriate documentation. A blank Notice of Dispute form is attached above. The Notice of Dispute with supporting documentation disputing the within assessment of your Claim must be received by the Monitor by no later than 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on May 31, 2024 (the "Claims Bar Date"), or in the case of a Restructuring Claim, on or before 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the later of (i) the Claims Bar Date, or (ii) on the day which is fourteen (14) days after the Monitor sends a Claims Package with respect to a Restructuring Claim in accordance with Claims Procedure Order (the "Restructuring Claims Bar Date").
If you do not file a Notice of Dispute by the applicable Bar Date, you will have no further right to dispute your Claim, which shall be allowed in the amount and Status set out herein, and you will be barred from filing any such dispute in the future.
