FTI Consulting, Inc. / Mantle Materials Group Ltd.

On July 15, 2023, the Mantle Materials Group Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal ("NOI") pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI") was appointed as the Trustee in this matter.

On January, 10, 2024, Mantle sought and obtained an order (the "Initial Order") from the Court of the King's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") authorizing that the NOI Proceedings may be continued under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA Proceedings") and appointing FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI"), as monitor in the Company's CCAA Proceedings (the "Monitor").
