The following reports have been filed in the proceedings:
 Sixteenth Report of the Receiver |

The Receiver's sixteenth report informs the Court on the following: (a) Receipts and disbursements for the period March 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017; (b) The completion of the Claims Procedure; (c) The remaining matters to be completed in the Receivership Proceedings; (d) The status of the Bankruptcy Proceedings; and (e) The Receiver�s motion (the "Fee Approval & Discharge Motion") for an Order (the "Fee Approval & Discharge Order") inter alia: (i) Approving the actions, conduct and activities of the Receiver described in this Report; (ii) Approving the fees and disbursements of the Receiver and its legal counsel for the period to March 31, 2017, and the estimated fees and disbursements of the Receiver and its legal counsel for the period from April 1, 2017, to the discharge of the Receiver; (iii) Authorizing the Receiver to dispose of the book, records and documents of Skyservice; (iv) Discharging and releasing the Receiver and terminating the Receivership, each effective upon the filing with the Court by the Receiver of a certificate confirming completion of the Receiver's remaining obligations (the "Receiver's Completion Certificate"). |
| Fifteenth Report of the Receiver |

(i) Receipts and disbursements for the period March 31, 2010 to February 28, 2014; (ii) The progress of the Claims Procedure; (iii) The settlement of the Sunwing Trust Claim asserted by Sunwing Tours Inc.; (iv) The settlement of the claim filed in the Claims Procedure by the Skyservice Pilots� Association of Canada on behalf of its members for amounts claimed to be owing under the profit sharing plan pursuant to a letter of understanding dated March 25, 2009, which formed part of the collective agreement between SkyPAC and Skyservice; (v) The Receiver�s efforts to collect amounts owing by ACE European Group Limited in respect of an insurance claim made by Skyservice; and (vi) The matters remaining to be completed in the Receivership Proceedings and the Bankruptcy Proceedings; and to request the granting by the Court of: (i) An Order authorizing the Receiver, subject to first paying the settled amount of the Sunwing Trust Claim and holding such reserves as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, to transfer to the Trustee from time to time funds for distribution to unsecured creditors in accordance with the provisions of the BIA; (ii) An Order approving the fees and disbursements of the Receiver for the period September 1, 2011 to February 28, 2014 and the fees and disbursements of the Receiver�s legal counsel for the period September 1, 2011 to February 28, 2014; and (iii) An Order approving the activities of the Receiver as described in the Receiver�s Twelfth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Reports. |

| The Eleventh Report of the Receiver is to inform the Court of the receipts and disbursements for the period from March 31, 2010 through August 31, 2011, progress of the Claims Procedure, the status of the Bankruptcy application commenced by Sunwing Tours Inc., the status of certain litigation matters, and to request the granting of an order approving a final distribution to Thomas Cook Canada Inc. on account of the principal portion of the Thomas Cook Secured Claim and legal costs claimed in the Thomas Cook Secured Claim as well as approving the activities of the Receiver and its and its legal counsel�s fees and disbursements. | |
