FTI Consulting / Argosy Energy Inc.
On May 30, 2013, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Queen's bench of Alberta of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Argosy Energy Inc. and Radius Resources Corp. (collectively the �Debtors�). Also on May 30, 2012 FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as trustee in bankruptcy over the debtors.
