Nelson Education Holdings Ltd. and Nelson Education Ltd.

On May 12, 2015, Nelson Education Ltd. and Nelson Education Holdings Ltd. (collectively "Nelson") sought and obtained an initial order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangment Act (the "CCAA"). Pursuant to the Initial Order, Alvarez and Marsal Canada Inc. ("A&M") was appointed as the Monitor. The Initial Order provides for a stay of proceedings against Nelson until June 10, 2015 subject to extension by the Court. On May 29, 2015, the Court appointed FTI Consulting Canada Inc. as Monitor in place of A&M.

On September 29, 2021, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was discharged as the trustee of Nelson (6778666 Canada Ltd. and 6779565 Canada Ltd.) pursuant to the Order for Discharge of Trustee.
