On March 10, 2015, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of the assets, undertakings and property (the "Property") of Pacer Promec Energy Corporation ("PPEC" or the "Company"), pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Receivership Order").
