Renin Corp., Renin Corp. US, Kingstar Products (Western) Inc.
| On December 12, 2011, Renin Corp., Renin Corp. US, Kingstar Products (Western) Inc., (collectively, the �Applicants�) sought and obtained an Initial Order (the �Initial Order�) under the Companies� Creditors Arrangement Act (the �CCAA�). Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. (�FTI� or the �Monitor�) was appointed Monitor. By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the �Court�) dated December 22, 2011 (the �Sanction Order�), the Applicants sought and obtained an Order approving and sanctioning the plan of arrangement dated December 12, 2011, as approved by the Affected Creditors of the Applicants on December 19, 2011. The Monitor filed its certificate substantially in the form attached as Schedule �A� to the Plan (the �Monitor�s Certificate�), certifying that it has been advised by the Applicants that all of the conditions precedent set out in Section 7.2 of the Plan have been satisfied or waived, and the Plan Implementation Date is December 22, 2011. Upon filing the Monitor�s Discharge Certificate on January 17, 2012, the Monitor has been discharged of its duties and obligations pursuant to the Plan and all Orders made in the CCAA Proceedings. |
