NFC ACQUISITION G.P. INC., NFC ACQUISITION CORP. AND NFC LAND HOLDINGS CORP.

On January 17, 2012, NFC Acquisition GP Inc., NFC Acquisition Corp. and NFC Land Holdings Corp. (collectively, the �Applicants� and together with NFC Acquisition L.P., and New Food Classics, �NFC�) sought and obtained an Initial Order (the �Initial Order�) under the Companies� Creditors Arrangement Act (the �CCAA�). Pursuant to the Initial Order, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. (�FTI� or the �Monitor�) has been appointed Monitor.

On February 22, 2012, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was appointed as Receiver pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice of all the assets, undertakings and properties of NFC.

On January 14, 2019, FTI Consulting Canada Inc. was discharged as the trustee of NFC pursuant to the Order for Discharge of Trustee.
