Whyte's Foods Inc.

On October 12, 2023, pursuant to an Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List), FTI Consulting Canada Inc. ("FTI") was appointed as receiver and manager (in such capacities, the "Receiver") without security, of all undertakings and properties that constitute Non-Trade Personal Property or real property, including land and buildings at the Wallaceburg Facility and the St-Louis Facility (the "FCC Secured Property") of Whyte's Foods Inc./Les Aliments Whyte's Inc. ("Whyte's"), Maison Gourmet Inc. ("Gourmet"), Triak Capital Inc./Capital Triak Inc. ("Triak"), and Mario Saroli Sales Inc. ("Saroli") (collectively, the "Debtors") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
